Delivery & Returns Policy

Your purchase is normally dispatched via Wine Delivery Australia or Australia Post within 2 or 3 business days.  Delivery to metropolitan areas will take 3-7 business days. In the event of an extended heat period we may delay deliveries to prevent spoilage of your wine. We will contact you in this instance.

Any stock damaged during delivery or tainted stock will be replaced at no charge. Unfortunately Zonte’s Footstep will not exchange or refund if you simply change your mind. For further details please contact us:
