Say hello to the newest member of our clan, the mighty fine Bolle Felici Prosecco

We are so excited to introduce to you the newest addition to the Zonte's portolio and very first of its kind in our range, the Bolle Felici Prosecco. So excited that the team cracked open a bottle as soon as it arrived at our door from off the bottling run! (bit naughty but we just had to!)

Bolle Felici is a deliciously fresh, zingy wine made from the traditional Glera grape, which is grown in scant amounts in South Australia’s gorgeous Fleurieu Peninsula.

Inspired by the writings of Aureliano Acanti, a priest/poet and compare to Vivaldi wrote the following excerpt in his 1754 poem Il Roccolo,

"and now I would like to wet my mouth with that Prosecco with it’ apple bouquet."

Our wine has been produced in the traditional Charmat method, which results in a lively, effervescent style and delicate aromas synonymous with this wine. A chic drink with a light fizz is truly happiness in a bottle... a nice synergy given Bolle Felici translates from Italian to “happy bubbles”.

It’s the sun, it’s your friends, it’s your happy place. And it loves to be drunk with food, so bring it to life with a platter of sweet melon wrapped in wafer-thin prosciutto.

Bolle Felici is your invitation to enjoy tiny bubbles, a laugh and a sun-drenched afternoon with your nearest and dearest. Oh, happy days/ felice girno.

Due to its long-held anticipation, it's sure to fly out the door. So what are you waiting for, buy some now [insert product link].
