Christmas Menus

Planning a Christmas Menu that allows the food and wine to complement each other can be a tricky task, but never fear as the Zonte’s team is here to assist!

We believe that Wine is best enjoyed with Friends and Food. So, whether you are catering for 5 or 15 people, staying at home or heading to the beach, we’ve got you and your wine selection covered.


 

Menu 1: Ham is the Hero

Start with; A Spinach Cob loaf dip and Oysters Your Way
Serve with Bolle Felici Prosecco

The Main Course: Honey or Lime Glazed Ham
Accompanied by; A Broccolini and Mango Summer Salad and Vegetable Gratin
Served with Scarlet Ladybird Rose

Finish with; Rustic Pavlova with Seasonal Berries
Served with Doctoressa di Lago Pinot Grigio

 

Menu 2: Saving Time with the BBQ

Pre-Prepare; Prawns with Traditional Seafood Cocktail Sauce and Chicken & Feta Sausage Rolls with Tomato Chutney
Serve with Lady Marmalade Vermintino

Sizzle Some; Marinated Lamb Chops and Sticky Chicken Wings
With; Creamy Potato Salad, Coleslaw and Fruit Salad
Serve with Excalibur Sauvignon Blanc or Love Symbol Grenache


Enjoy; A Vanilla Semifreddo or Mango Cheesecake
Served with Bolle Felici Prosecco Cans

 

Menu 3: Feel Fancy

Fire up the tastebuds; with Homemade Dukkha, Dips and Fresh baked bread
Serve with Bolle Felici Prosecco

Place the Focus on; A traditional Roast; Lamb, Pork, Chicken or Turkey
And on the Side; Crispy Roast Potatoes, Green beans with Slithered Almonds and Pasta Salad
Served with Canto Di Lago Sangiovese
